My Plantronics Edge turns off the blue tooth on my Samsung s9 when I make an out going call via OK Goggle, I have to go in to the phone and press the icon to reconnect it and then it is fine for that conversation only. Any suggestions? Glen. Thank you all.
Hi @gbat , Check the advanced WiFi settings , especially “Keep WiFi on during sleep” (set to always) and see if this resolves the problem. Go to Apps > Settings > Connections > WiFi > tap 3 vertical dots icon for more options > Advanced > Keep WiFi on during sleep
