I turn on the TV, it takes 5 seconds and it turns off, blinking the blue diode 8 times. I checked the voltage regulators on the mainboard of the (NJM2846DL3-xx) series with a tester - all the workers. The power from the power supply to the mainboard and from the mainboard to the TV tuner is supplied correctly. Tell me typical damage.

@maximuspanin while the set is in ShutDown mode and you see the 8 blue blinks, point your remote toward the IR sensor on the bottom right corner (opposite the LEDs) and press the Display button. You should then see the orange LED blink the subcategory code that can isolate the IC (and board) or voltage regulator to focus on. Let us know what you get when you do this. Remember that there are a few of the voltage regulators and apparently even a bad audio board can give you the same code.

You want to post some good pictures of our boards as well as the interconnect cables and the board arrangement on your chassis with your Question. That way we can see what you see. Adding images to an existing question
oldturkey03, Sorry, but I did not find such a button on the remote control.
Regarding the audio board, you prompted me to think, because when you turn on the TV, a crack from the speakers is often heard. Do you mean power amp board itself or the audio chip ? Here are general photos (What pictures still to take ?) :
For the sake of interest, I went into the service menu and managed to flip through for 5 seconds (while the TV was working):
