how to fix pink, green lines on my dell notebook laptop screen, it freeze my latop its vertical lines, and everytime when i booting up the laptop i can see those PINK Lines :( The only way im able to use my laptop is connect an hdmi cable to an external monitor / TV then its fine What is the problem here LCD problem, cable loose or GPU ? I checked my intel hd 520 + amd radeon r335 both are updated. the laptop is 1 Year old only. Why dell laptops, notebook has problem always. :(
Hi @keshav22 , What is the model number of your laptop? You state that the laptop is “1 Year old only” . As Dell usually offers a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty on their products, I suggest that you verify the purchase date of the laptop as shown on the sales receipt for the laptop, and if the laptop is only 1 year old or less, (or even just a bit over) consult the manufacturer’s warranty statement, that is usually found in the User Guide that came with the laptop, as to what you have to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair or replacement.
