Chosen Solution
Just the opposite of everybody else’s problem. Starts, runs, drys clothes fine but after it’s finished the pilot flame stays on. There is now a scorched mark inside the drum. The dryer is located in our vacation home in another country so I’d like to fix it while we’re down there
The pilot light is supposed to stay on, that’s what ignites the gas when it comes on. Most are adjustable.
