The picture on my sanyo 32 inch tv is blurry and as if in slow motion. Really bad picture. What can cause this and is it an easy fix? @chanmer any of this can be caused by a few boards. My first suspect would be the T-con board followed by the main board. Since you did not tell us what exact model your TV is we cannot give you more detail on those boards. I will also help is you remove the back cover from your TV and take a good look at the boards and se if there are any obviously damaged components on those.
