Have apple phone virgin Both my self and husbands phones will not make or receive calls when in house , put just out side door and worked , tried everything virgin have told me to do when I called but no help one man even said change net work ,also told calls are by EE ( did not no this as took it virgin) that’s who I pay, can not get any help anywhere
Sounds like your house is on the edge of a cellular “dead zone” and stepping inside is just enough blockage to kill your signal completely. If you have wifi available in your house, turn on “Wifi Calling” on your phone. This will make your phone send & receive calls over the internet instead of over the cell system.
