Checked with battery and charging port …still phone does not work ….works only when in charge else gets switched off
change the battery but test it on your phone before maybe its a software problem !!
the batteries in these phones have a safety circuit built into them the ZL had a bad production run at one point and this safety circuit goes faulty for no reason and when you unplug the phone from the charger it trips the circuit and the phone shuts off. the battery needs to be replaced and since its a non removable battery(internal) its not exactly simple to replace unless you have experience in mobile phone repair.
