My cell phone works great except when I am in my house. I have had the phone a little over a year with no problems. All of a sudden the screen goes black. Phone is still on as I can hear when I adjust volume, just can’t see anything. When I go outside my house, the phone goes back to full color screen when I press the side button. Weirdest thing. I turned off all appliances & even turned off my main circuit breaker thinking something is interfearing with the signal. It didn’t work. How could my phone work perfectly and then stop working only in my house?
This may the auto screen brightness setting, as when your phone is in the sun it knows and will adjust the brightness high to compensate for the bright surrounding and vice versa for being inside where it is often darker.
