Chosen Solution
So ive never dropped my phone, and the screen just went completely black, ive tried hard resetting it, holding the power button, and charging it. It has an internal battery that i cant take out, and i dont know what else to do about it. This is the 4th time it has happenes and my phone company just orders a new one for me, which is a hassle.
This could be due to a multitude of reasons. Either the battery as disconnected due to the significance of the drop or the screen has become disconnected/damaged to the point of no video output. I would recommend taking the device to an authorized service technician as they will be able to assess the damaged and seek methods of resolving the issue.
