Hello, my phones vibrations started to slowly die away, so I decided to change the Taptic Motor. After doing so, I found that my phone wasn’t vibrating at all, not even slightly like it was before. I assumed I just didn’t seat the cable to the connector properly, so I double checked to make sure it was seated properly and it was. I took the old Taptic Motor and plugged it in and tried again and it was working, but still only the minor vibrations of a dying Motor. While the phone was still on, I unplugged the old Taptic Motor and plugged in the new one. Worked like a charm. That is, until I rebooted my device. It seems that anytime I reboot my device with the Motor, it stops working. Any idea what could cause this?

Have you tried replacing the charge flex? There could be a contact problem where the tapic engine and the contact points on the flex. Just a suggestion :)
