I dropped my iPhone at the store and it bounced off of the ground and now it won’t turn back on it shut down shut off

Try hooking it up to iTunes and see if the phone turns on and can connect to verify that it’s not a screen problem.

Put your iphone in DFU mode and connect it to itunes to restore or update.
