My phone battery hasn’t been lasting that long. It would die after a couple hours. Yesterday it died and now it won’t turn on at all. I have had it plugged in for hours, the phone is a little warm, and no response. If the battery is completely dead will there be no response at all, even plugged in? I am hoping this is just the battery. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Your issue is going to be either the battery or a logic board failure of some sort. The battery isn’t that expensive to replace, so its worth getting and installing to see it will fix the problem. The screen must be removed in order to replace the battery and can be damaged fairly easily. I would recommend getting a replacement screen to minimize your downtime if the screen does break during the repair.
