Chosen Solution

My J5 prime is about 4 mths old i have had no trouble at all with function and useage until this morning when it wouldnt power on and only a blue light flickers on and off when i try. It has a protection screen and back so im at a loss how to fix problem

I managed to sort it out after a major panic by pressing on the down volume power and main all at the same time.
