My phone is in TalkBack and I can’t get out of it and I can’t get to my settings cuz my screen won’t slide

Talkback mode is really hard to use when you are new to it but it helps blind people a lot. If you are unable to slide down the settings then use the app drawer to get into settings by sliding over the screen
