Did you try going into sound settings?, there might be an option for what you want the phone to do when receiving incoming calls. Is it possible that your phone might have a quiet or down time setting enabled? Like at a certain time everything will go to silent, quit or vibrate?
check the ring/silent switch it is at the top left of your iphone.
