Chosen Solution
I changed my phone battery and LCD and it was all working fine for a couple of months but the glass started to come away from the LCD i was sold-presumably cheap adhesive and this caused the screen to go jumpy and fuzzy. the LCD deteriorated and now when i charge my phone it buzzes every 5 seconds and wont power up. i re opened the phone to check the connections and its all connected fine. i dont want to buy a new LCD if it turns out my phone is just broken
This use to happen to my 5C, i would clean the charger prot and then test it. As with mine, dust and dirt had built up and caused my phone to vibrate every so often whilst charging. If this doesn’t work please let me know, if it has please accept or score the answer
It’s a damaged screen or connections are loose
try disconnecting and reconnecting your battery, if this fails you will need a new LCD
