My son’s iPhone 5 started rebooting itself and has been stuck in a loop. Is it fried? Is there anything we can do? He tried restoring it with iTunes but it kept failing (when it attempted to restore at all). What can we do?
Did you try do do a hard reset? Press and hold the lock and home button until the phone goes black, keep holding until apple logo shows again then release both. If that doesn’t work try DFU mode: https://www.theiphonewiki.com/wiki/DFU_M…
