phone worked well, until a app called adp or something like that was downloaded. the phone would crash and only load the T-Mobile and galaxy logos, but it looped, once in a while, it would work, but it wouldn’t let me delete the app, then the problem would persist. its not the phone, because it worked fine until the app was downloaded. Need help.
Hi @topshottafan Try starting the phone in safe mode and then uninstall the unwanted app. To get out of safe mode, turn off the phone in the normal manner and then turn on the phone again
