Chosen Solution
So I had my phone in my uniform for a band show, pulled it out after and my screen was purple, pink, and green shades with lines and mixing of regular colors. It “was” limited to mainly the bottom portion of the screen. The background was still there but it was hard to see. Within the next 12 hours my phone screen began turning black before loosing 98% of the screen. Only a blue-ish green specs around the outside are all that’s left. The touch screen works and the internals are fine, but I cant see anything on my screen. I just want answers…
Sounds like your LCD has failed, but not the digitizer. Too bad the LCD and digitizer are fused together, replacing only one of the two requires special equipment to separate the glass and LCD. You must have experience to do so too. Galaxy S7 Screen Samsung Galaxy S7 Screen Replacement
