I had my iPhone 5s replaced today, I took it to a small shop where they said they would fix it. When I got back to the shop my phone was work but appeared darker then normal, once I left I realised the screen looked raised and all of a sudden it turned off and restarted.. It then stayed stuck on the apple logo and then went blue or red and restarted again. I literally had no issues with my phone besides the screen being cracked I
It sounds as though the shop did not get the connector mated good enough. You should take it back to the shop and have them remove the screen and reseat the connections.
