Chosen Solution
My brother has an LG K30 or Premier Pro, not exactly sure, I’ve been given both, but Cricket Wireless states it as a LG Harmony 2, which is where he got the device, so I will go with that. He has been locked out of his phone. He was using the fingerprint scanner, but it was restarted and requires the password to be unlocked. It is telling him the password is incorrect, but he swears that he hasn’t changed the password. I was curious if anyone knew what was wrong, and if there were any possible solutions. I would prefer to exhaust all options that don’t include data loss, if possible, but I’m open to everything. Thanks!
