My iphone 7 plus ahuts down and restarts when I answer a call. Have tried the forced reset explained to a previous person with same issue - hold volume down and wake/sleep button for 10secs. Also tried the wake/sleep button for 3 secs while off then hold home and W/S button for 10secs. Neither method worked and phone still resets. Can anyone help please?
Was the screen replaced before? This usually occurs from a damaged proximity sensor on the front camera ribbon flex assembly. Usually replacing the front camera assembly fixes the issue.
