Phone Plug Defective Needs Replacement Lg L22C Lg Android Phone

The phone plug on this phone has gone bad. Earbuds work, but any motion turns off whatever is playing. FM Radio, Pandora, etc. I have tried three earbuds and they all work on other phone, but not on this LG L22C. Is there a way to replace the phone jack?

Hortman, my phone IS indeed the LG Power. It goes by a different name with Tracfone.
