My iPhone 7 hasn’t had any issues up until now, but out of nowhere it’s stopped charging past 5% (charging icon appears, but won’t go above 5%), and every 2-3 minutes it restarts itself. I’ve had a look at the port itself and it doesn’t seem to be damaged or dirty, and whilst I’ve been using a high quality (but not Apple) cable, it also doesn’t make a difference when I use an official Apple cable either. Not sure if I can plug it into my Macbook as the phone won’t stay on long enough for me to do anything (plus, I have no idea how to do resets or reboots ): ). What can I do?

Try replacing the battery. You can get a battery kit with the tools to replace the battery and they have instructional videos and more are available on YouTube.
