The phone doesn’t have an sim card, but that doesn’t really matter to me because it’s an “old phone”. I powered it off, but when I tried to power it on a few hours later it just kept on powering on, never taking me to the lock screen. So I was wondering if there was a way to turn it on without having to erase any data, without using the factory reset/mode.
This sounds like water damage or the power key is sticking. you may need to get the power button replaced
