I dropped my phone a day ago accidentally. After drop in settings->battery->battery health it says it cant determine battery health. When I plugged it into charger it shows as charging but battery is stuck on %1 and it won’t go up. What’s broken? Battery, charging socket or motherboard?
Hi @xoloth You should try a replacement battery. There is a protection circuit integrated into the battery which can fail causing weird problems.
