My phone is hot to the touch and won’t charge. Is this a battery problem?
well maybe the phone is over heated because you might have been on it for a very long time and the usb charger jack might have dirt in it take a cue tip and clear it out very carefully and take out the baddery then leave it out for 5 minutes and put it back in or the battery coiuld be the problem and you might have to get a new one
