Chosen Solution
I replace the screen on the iPhone myself and made sure all the screw went in the right place as well as avoiding stupid steps like metal on metal contact etc. I tried soft resetting the phone and power cycling however nothing happened. I even tried putting the old display on and still nothing. It’s not charging, booting or being detected by a pc. Is there anything I may have missed that I can try?
Plug it in to power for at least 8 hours. Don’t touch it, let it sit. There is a good chance it will figure itself out and turn back on. Otherwise, its possible that a fuse/filter was damaged when removing the battery cable. Inspect those (they are very small) and replace as necessary. Report back with results
