Phone Is A Black Screen But Showing A Blue Light Samsung Galaxy Note 3

My samsung galaxy note 3 phone is showing a red light when charging and green light when full. When you switch it on, it vibrates and the screen remains black but with a steady blue light

Personally if I was having this issue I would purchase an OEM - High Quality Screen Replacement & See if that makes any difference. Screen can be purchased from iFixit Here!!
