Chosen Solution

Hi, Seemingly out of the blue my Galaxy S6 purchased Jan 16, has completely stopped working for no reason whatsoever. Thinking that it may have been the battery I have tried to charge the phone on two separate chargers, tried resetting etc and nothing has worked. The phone doesn’t appear to be charging when I plug it in and is completely unresponsive. Please can you advise how I can get this fixed as the phone is less than 2 years old. I live in London. Thanks Ben

Less then 2 years = warranty, go back to the shop where you bought it and ask for a replacement!
