hello guys i have iphone 5 and its work fine but if i use my phone while charging it got slow and screen become unresponsive ? why is that and what will be the possible solution ? i did factory resetting etc nothing works thanks
Always remember, before any repair, be sure to make sure it isnt a software bug, and factory reset your phone. id suggest starting with a battery replacement. be sure to get a certified 0 cycle battery, because after 400 cycles, iphone software purposefully throttles the phone. if that doesnt fix it, moving to a charge port replacement, seeing if that fixes your issue, would be the second step in the diagnosis. after the above has been attempted, you can likely find that it is a mobo failure.
