When you call phone it goes right to voicemail. When you make a call it is crackly so you can’t hear each other. How do I fix this problem?
Since you have not mentioned anything you’ve tested lets go down the list. Carrier issue Check the sim card, if your sim is old you can check and see if the carrier has an updated one. Some companies carry 2 different sim types and usually one or the other is best for Android devices. (this depends on region and carrier)Ask your carrier to reset your network on their end (aka Reprovision).Restart your deviceIf you have traveled and used your phone in another region and used that regions sim card, they may have inputted a network link that’s causing a disruption (Only check if you have traveled overseas and used a different sim from that region) Phone Issues if your phone has every been dropped or fell in water there is a chance the device has internal damage.for calls going straight to voicemail, check blocked/barred calls. go into call settings and take a look.3rd party software, if you have flashed the phone with a different software than stock there is a chance of the software causing issues with the device (this is from experience) Rule out the carrier first because going into your phone. If your phone has sustained any damages it may be the device, but of course we need to go down the list and rule out possible issues.
