Hey guys, I have an iPhone 6. The screen is working great except when I take a call. The proximity sensor kicks in and the screen goes black (like it should) but after the call it remains black and unresponsive to any buttons. I replaced the sensor, and tried another screen with no luck. Any ideas?
Try restoring your phone through iTunes, you will need to backup your data before doing so (iTunes backup for example) as it will wipe all data. Sounds like something is off with the iOS software on that phone that could be fixed via a restore.
