I’ve changed my s9 screen thrice now, it still develops some sort of fault after some time and goes blank, the phone heats up more frequently than normal during usage. I keep suspecting if there’s something damaging screens in the phone, maybe the heating or the panel, I don’t know. I was hoping to get some answers.

Run the phone in safe mode if you can. If it still gets excessively hot, you more than likely have a short on the board somewhere. Excess heat is a typical sign of a short. A quick and easy way to find it would be to use a can of electronics dust off you find at office supply stores. You can turn it upside-down and spray the board until a frost forms before you turn it on. Just watch your hands because it’s extremely cold and contains a bitterant. The component that’s shorting out will thaw out faster. Just bear in mind that component may not be the actual cause of the short. Something else could be causing the short to form on that specific component. Make sure to wash your hands thoroughly after using the dust off. Like I said, it contains a bitterant and you’ll taste it if you eat food with your hands and it’s not very pleasant.
