Hi. I have a Galaxy S7 SM-G930F that I use as my personal phone. I have some issues, sometimes it freezes and only a force reboot fixes it, sometimes it doesn’t wake up from sleep until you force reboot it, and the battery charges too fast and drains too fast. Right now it’s running a Custom ROM, stock was fine although yesterday it was freezing until I cleared the cache. Can this be a battery issue? It works fine plugged in and it never freezes and wakes up fine although I haven’t tried too much since I got it yesterday, I don’t use Always On since the battery is so bad it drains too much if I turn it on, but turning it on seems to not fix it, and it also freezes in time. Thanks.

@overflowunt this “the battery charges too fast and drains too fast “ is reason enough to change the battery. Once you have a new one you will at least have a known-well place to start further troubleshooting. It is also possible that this is caused by the firmware. Consider reinstalling that if a new battery does not work.
