Chosen Solution
The smartphone works fine when without the Sim card. After inserting the Sim card, issuing the Pin code, the phone accepts the pin and then shuts off. Tried with other Sim cards, same result. Reseted to factory defaults, same result. Looks like a gsm network ploblem. There is always the X red in the network top indicator. Appreciate some help.
i have the same problem try to use the phone test settings with code (##4636##) the go to the radio opption turn it off for about one minute then then turn it on after restart your phone ,hope it will help contact me through my email for further help jamesnehemia4@gmail.com
