Yesterday my phone died and now it wont turn back on or charge, it only shows the red battery symbol but no apple logo. I tried charging it for 4 hours but no apple logo, I tried cleaning the battery port, plugging it into different cables, the itunes-pc method and even the heat/blow dryer method but it doesn’t want to work. What should I do now? Should I got get the battery changed?
I recommend getting the battery changed. It sounds like the battery has gone faulty. Just to confirm when you plug in the charger it does show a battery logo without the charging plug cable icon at the bottom right?
