few days ago i was charging my phone it was at 40% and the screen went blank, it wasn’t the normal way when the screen goes off i knew something was wrong, first i try to switch on the phone it didn’t work, next i tried to hard reboot the phone it still didn’t work, i connected the charger the led wont light like normally even if the screen went blank or battery run low the notification led will glow still it didn’t the phone is totally dead please help me out. should i replace the battery or should i try something else?
Have you tried the unbrick tool from the following link? https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/guide… If method 1 or 2 fail to resolve your problem then it’s likely a hardware issue. From your description, your phone might be in a very similar situation to mine, so if you resolve it, please let me know. :)
