Dropped phone some time ago, started off with a small oval shaped blacked out smudge bottom corner that grew for a few days then remained the same size for a month or so. A bit annoying but I could live with it as it’s fully functionable. A few days ago it’s started to grow a line underneath alongside I believe an underside crack on the screen (it’s non-feelable and definatley below the exterior surface. My question is does the whole LCD need replacing? Or is there some magical wizardry I can do like store in an airtight container with baking soda at minus 5degrees wrapped in tinfoil and restarting pressing down the home button together with the volume down button, 3 times, twice??
@soulflexi sorry, no wizardry possible. You need a new display. Here is the guide iPhone 6s LCD and Digitizer Replacement and here is the part iPhone 6s LCD and Digitizer Remember that the touch ID will only work with your phone’s original home button assembly.
