PC was working fine, then following morning it wouldn’t boot up, showing a black screen.
Hi @raygilmour , What is the make and model number of the desktop or make and model number of the motherboard if a custom build? Are there any lights showing on the case (back of case?) or keyboard when trying to start the PC? Try a power refresh and check if this resolves the problem: Disconnect the power cord from the PC. Press and hold the PC Power On/Off button for a full 30 seconds and then release it. Reconnect the power cord to the PC and try turning it on.
