I just build a pc for myself and go to turn it on, plug in my monitor but it says “No HDMI signal” parts: EVGA 3070 ti FTW3 ultra, Ryzen 7 5800x, Asus ROG strix b550-a gaming, Corsair vengeance rgb pro 16gb 36000mhz, Corsair core PCIe gen 4 1t, Corsair Rm850x 2021, Corsair Icue h100i elite capelix 240mm, 3 Corsair ll120 fans.  when I go to boot it up everything seems to work fine, but the GPU fans aren’t spinning, the LED bar is working perfectly fine. I bought the card off eBay , it was opened at all, all the factory tape was perfect in tact and never opened, the GPU was sealed in the anti static wrap, and everything looked completely normal. I’ve gone thru ever single set to try to fix this issue, but it seems like to me that’s it’s just the GPU, btw I used this video to set everything up: https://youtu.be/PXaLc9AYIcg

Hi, Does the monitor and HDMI video cable work OK on HDMI from other signal sources e.g another PC or dvd player etc? Are there any BIOS beep error codes on startup? If not check if there is a speaker connected to the system panel header pins (see image for location).

(click on image to enlarge for better viewing) According to the user manual there should be a single beep for a successful POST (Power On Self test). If there is no speaker attached then you may have to get one (supplier example only to show what it can look like) and check for any BIOS beep error codes (see p2-18 of the manual). If there is a speaker and if it indicates that the PC passes POST then perhaps as the GPU fan is not operating you may have to test the PSU voltages using the paperclip test and ensure that there is the correct voltages going on the GPU card power lead. If there is a speaker and it gives a 1 long beep, 3 short beep error code then there is a video problem Unfortunately as the CPU has no integrated graphics you can’t try the onboard graphics to prove whether the problem is with the motherboard or the GPU. You may have to source and install a known working GPU card to find out
