So my macbook shows no signs of powering on when i plug it in. I tested other components to make sure it is not them, and verified that the problem is with the logic board itself. The charger showed no signs of turning green or orange. When I touched my multimeter to this specific fuse numbered ‘470’, the charger turned green and then orange. However the macbook still does not power up. It could possibly be that i need to replace the keyboard, but I feel that it would automatically turn on at this point. Can anyone point me in the right direction with this issue, thank you!

@lujanexperience that is not a fuse. That is 47ohm 1/3W 1% resistor in a 805 package. It is part of your DC in and battery connectors circuit. It is most likely a sensing resistor and that is why your “charger turned green and then orange” when you bridge it with your meter. You will need the schematic, the boardview file, a multimeter and a good understanding of reading schematics. @reecee or @tcrs_circuit may be a good resource for you.
