trying to print paper is loaded however it starts to feed, stops and display tells me to load paper. the paper does not go into printer at all it has a wrinkled area about 4" in when I pull paper out. Can you help, never had problems before?
Over time the feed rollers pick up the paper lint and loose their grip. I would clean the rollers with some isopropyl alcohol and a cotton swab (Q-Tip) making sure to do the full surface of the roller. You may want to use a can of Can’ed air to carefully spray out the dust buildup and the sensor head as well.
