Hello! My Epson XP-540 will not feed card through. I have played around with the paper sources, but this doesn’t help. I have limited sheets to 1 at a time, this doesn’t work either. It just won’t feed through. If I push it as it trying to collect it, it just jams. It’s a home printer, not used regularly, and is only 5 months old. Surely it can’t be the feeder wheels??? Please help, i’m trying to print my own wedding invitations!!
Hi, If you have set up the printer settings and paper tray for the correct type and size of paper (or card) and it still doesn’t feed in OK then as the printer is only 5 months old, I suggest that you consult the manufacturer’s warranty statement that came with the printer, as to what to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair or replacement.
