When I retrieve stuck sheet of paper, it is folded like an accordion. And the display window says that the “back door is open”. But I can’t see a back door from the backside of the printer!??? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
There is a small flap inside the printer that you need to close completely. This happend to me once
