when I am going to print anything, the printer is giving me an error message (Load the Paper) but papers are already there I don’t understand which part is broken I tried to fix it by seeing the videos online but it didn’t worked.

I have the same printer and the roller gear is broke,cheep junk you mint try J B weld on it But do not get it on the gear teeth , i’m going to look at a Epson 4550, I think there right here HP Suck’s
