Just replaced the SUS board TNPA5335 in my 50 inch LED TV because of the 7 blinks problem. The new board gave me 7 blinks as well. So part of my diags was to switch on with the ribbon cable detached from that board. That gave me 8 blinks. But now with the ribbon cable reseated I still get 8 blinks on power-up. I can’t even get it back to 7 blinks again. Wish I knew what to do next, or which part is at fault. Any suggestions? Update: When I put the old board back in it goes back to 7 blinks…so maybe the new board is fine and I have a second issue. What does the 8 blinks mean?
