TV won’t power on, red light blinks 13 times. Anyone know what is wrong?
Hi, According to the service manual a 13 blink error code is a problem on the A board in the TV.
(click on image to enlarge) It doesn’t give a more detailed answer but it may be a good place to start looking. The manual does show how to dis-assemble the TV and in what order to remove the boards etc - see p.21 of the manual.
