Hi I have a Panasonic tx-48cx350 LCD TV that has stopped working. When I switch it on the Red LED comes on and the screen flashes a white flash maybe a couple of inches from the bottom of the tv but no picture. However sound does work. The last few months there has been a small area on the top right of the tv that goes dull for a few moments intermittently. On Powerup the LED flashes 4 times pauses then flashes 7 times, on the 4th flash of the second sequence that’s when the screen gives a white flash around the location of the TCON board. Hope you can help. Regards DJ Update (05/27/2020) Hi Thanks for the reply Disconnected the LVDS cable, TV does exactly the same thing. Regards DJ

@djbsystems the 4 blink code is known as power SOS. Try this. Disconnect the LVDS cable and turn your TV on. If it turns on then the issue is with the panel. If it does not then the issue is most commonly with the power board. Post some good pictures of your boards with your QUESTION so that we can see what you see. Adding images to an existing question
