Hello After I plug power to my TV (Panasonic Viera TX32LE8PA) then it turn on as usual but display odd message (see picture), after few second it turn off and stard continously blinking red light. As it is turn on then TV not respond to remote controller, but after turn off it respond (fast led blinking) but it is impossible to turn on. I already found leaked capacitors on inverter board and replace it, and check 24,15 and 5V6 voltage on power bard.
Update (08/28/2019) it is not “turning off and not responding” but turning ON, no respond on remote conctroller, after few sec turn off, continous blinking led and respond to a remote controller but not able to turn on. It turn on only by unplug and plug power or by switch on TV (switch from relay). By responding I mean fast led blinking on a TV while pressing buttons on remote controller. In the red rettangle I marked replaced capacitors
Update (09/05/2019) Sorry for my late answer, I was away of home. Today I measure all voltages and they look OK however as I hold my voltmeter as on image then TV work fine and only in orienation as image. Any suggestions?
Hi @smarq8 Wondering if all the voltages are correct, as you’ve already found some faulty capacitors, there may be more. Here’s an image taken from the service manual for a TX-32LE8P which may be of some help. I realize that it is not exactly the same model but it must be very close to being the same, especially if yours has the same chassis number
(click on image to enlarge for better viewing) To download the manual, click on the “I’m not a robot” Captcha checkbox, below the Document preview box and then click on “Go to Download” When the sentence changes from This file is downloadable free of charge (5/day): …processing… to This file is downloadable free of charge (5/day): Download (panasonic tx-32le8f tx-32le8fs tx-32le8l tx-32le8p tx-32le8ps chassis glp23a), click on Download. Be patient as it takes a little while to find the file.
@smarq8 looks like your TV is doing a channel scan. The turning off and not responding could be a bad main board and/or IR board. You need to tell us where you replace the capacitors or better yet show us all of your boards by posting good pictures of those with your question. Adding images to an existing question
